Foundation Board of Trustees

The Lompoc Hospital District Foundation is governed by a member-elected Board of Trustees — nearly 70 community volunteers who give their time and talent to advance healthcare in the Lompoc Valley. Trustees receive no compensation. They serve because they believe in what we're building together.

About the Board

Trustees are elected by Foundation members and represent a broad cross-section of our community — business leaders, healthcare professionals, educators, civic advocates, and community volunteers. Each trustee serves on at least one Foundation committee, lending expertise to our events, education programs, fundraising, and governance.

The Board meets regularly throughout the year and is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Foundation, including approval of grants and donations to LVMC and the Lompoc Healthcare District.

Executive Committee Officers

The Executive Committee acts on behalf of the full Board between meetings. It is composed of elected Foundation officers, standing committee chairs, the LVMC Chief Executive Officer, and others designated by the Board. The Executive Committee evaluates all fundraising proposals and submits recommendations for Board action
